From building electric bikes to architecting AI-powered platforms, my career has been a journey of relentless curiosity and entrepreneurial drive. It began with a series of foundational experiences designed to understand how businesses operate from the ground up — high-tech engineering with Gilo Cardozo, manufacturing efficiency at Brompton Bicycle, media production at Wise Buddah, high-end hospitality at Chalet Helora, and seasonal logistics at Virginia Hayward Ltd. That foundation inspired my first venture, Sturdy Ebikes Limited.

From there, I honed my business acumen in high-stakes sales and strategy roles — exceeding customer retention targets at Freddie's Flowers, generating over £500,000 in sales at Hotelplan UK Ltd, and as a business assistant to Nick Allhusen, research that led to the launch of an entirely new business model. My focus then pivoted to the digital world: tripling website traffic in two months at Sturdy Storage, and using automation to double an influencer's income at E Firth Services. That passion led me to Darktrace, where I was quickly promoted and helped close over £250,000 in AI cybersecurity deals.

Today, I'm channelling all of that into Sturdy Ai — my AI consultancy, where I design and build Sturdy OS: a family of AI operating systems purpose-built for specific industries, starting with self-storage. Between 2024 and 2026 I co-founded Askar Research, before stepping back this year to focus full-time on Sturdy Ai. I also continue to build Sturdy Vanilla, my direct-to-consumer brand, on the side.
